Summary of this Tutorial:
Start by installing and activating the Staffer plugin.
To edit the settings go to Settings, Staffer to configure.
From there you will be able to go through and select how you want the page to look and how many profiles to show on a page, the default is 9.
Once finished configuring go to staff, add new to create each profile.
Now you can go to the staff page to see what it looks like.
